Wellness reformulated their kitten food about the same time as the Petco aquisition (coincidence?). My F2B Savannah kittens suddenly stopped eating the reformulated food. It had a difference smell and consistency. Since then, I have tried many other high end kitten foods, and the Innova Flex kitten food was the one they picked. My kittens gobble it down and I never looked back. Plus with the flexible soupy/chunky consistency, I can add fresh cooked (actually poached in almost boiling water)chicken breast and make a delicious meal for them. They are growing like weeds (19lbs+ at 7 months) and this formula more than keeps up with their HUGE caloric needs. The only negative is (and this is true with all cat foods in this high-end class) is the expensive price. But you get what you pay for. If your kitten doesn't like chunky style food, don't bother. This is NOT a mushy patte-style food.
