Our cats love this food. One of our cats has diabetes and needs a low carb food. We were using another name brand but it was full of junk. Evo has better ingredients as well as very low carbs. The cats coats are so shiny since eating their new food!

Live with 7 cats, ages from 2 years to 21 years. Dry food left out all the time. All are finicky eaters. Out of six different dry foods used, this is one of my favorites.

Have been feeding my cats EVO for years. Found a stray that was pregnant. Started her on EVO. Her coat became shiny and thick. The kittens were born healthy, bright eyes, and no problems. All my cats love it. Food is left out at all times for them to eat.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I used this food for a cat who had diabetes and it lowered his BS level by 200 points. But it's also great in my opinion for all cats as it has low carbs and should help prevent them from getting diabetes in the first place. Many cat foods are loaded with carbs, even brands that are expensive and sold at vets' offices.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Hi - I am feeding one 12 year old cat with adult onset diabetes and three 9 month old tonkinese kittens (1 brother and 2 sisters) They ALL go NUTS for the EVO! I love that it has the highest amount of protein for them in a dry. The older kitty seems to be managing the diabetes on just her diet alone. There seems to be less "waste" in the boxes, too! I would highly recommend this product - it is expensive but it is worth it to me!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Still in the process of transition to new food but so far so good. No problems with digestion. The only thing is the small size of the kibble. The cats are used to a little larger size and seem a little put off by that. BUT last weekend at a fair at the Attleboro, MA Animal shelter there was an Innova rep. giving out samples. We took home a pouch of EVO Weight Control and the Innova Senior cat food. WELL, both cats acted liked these were treats when I let them try a few pieces! So I think these would be the better choices to mix together for our two cats ages 8 and 10 years. Also these two have the kibble size they are accustomed to.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I have been purchasing this food for my cats for months now. At first, I wasn't sure if my cats health was improving by using EVO, and it is a bit pricey so I considered getting something less expensive when I noticed the cats coats were softer and shinier.
They were getting really fat, but since they have been on EVO they are at a normal weight.
My only problem is that when they have to use the litter box, the smell is awful!
For some reason my package did not arrive and was sent back to the company. When I called to find out what was going on, the person at Pet Food Direct was really nice to me and reshipped my items out right away.
When you find a company with outstanding customer service it is important to tell other people about it! Thank you!
My Kitty loves EVO

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I asked my vet what to feed my two eight week old kittens. He recommended feeding them a grain free diet. (They were eating Purina when I adopted them.) I switched my kittens to Wellness Core mixed equally with EVO Turkey and Chicken Dry Formula Cat and Kitten Food and they like both. I also feed them canned EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Cat and Kitten Food, which they love. They seem to be thriving and their coats look great.
I decided to mix the two brands since EVO has a higher protein and fat percentage, which is good for kittens. I've kept Wellness because I applaud their natural philosophy and their use of naturally-occurring micro-organisms to aid in a healthy digestive tract. I've also noticed that the kittens poop doesn't smell as strongly with Wellness as it does when they're on a full EVO diet.
My kittens have not had diarrhea or any problems digesting the food since I started them on it a few weeks ago.
FYI, I had heard that cats eat less on a grain-free diet. I didn't believe it until I witnessed it myself. They truly eat less.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
It is hard to find a food that will pique the interest of a 19 year old cat...this did! Maintaining his weight is very important to my cat's health and longevity...and Evo foods do the trick!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I free feed it for kittens and moms.
I ration it out for older cats; you don't need to feed as much of it as you would a cheaper food because there is so much nutrition packed into each little nugget.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
We had to switch to a grain-free diet since one of my four cats needed this type. Since using grain-free food, they all have improved coats, playfulness has increased. I previously used Blue Wilderness, but noticed a couple of the cats vomited more than usual (maybe too rich?), so I tried EVO this time. So far, there's been no vomiting (2 weeks now), so I think we'll stay with this brand.
Absolutely fast delivery. Living in South Florida, things usually take a little longer to arrive. Not this. I love the convenience of ordering on-line and receiving my products in less than one week. Thank you!

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Cats are FORCED Carnivores. Their intestines are short so they have to get all their nutrients from a secondary source - meat. They were not designed to eat grain and carbs. And yet, most diet cat food boasts low fat & High Carbs. That may be a good way for humans to lose weight, but bad for a cat. This food has the lowest carbs of any dry cat food.
I was given a fat cat that was a borderline diabetic and I had a skinny cat. I free fed both my cats this food. In 1 year my fat cat is no longer fat, but muscled, and my skinny cat is also muscled. Both are in perfect shape and neither have diabetes or any health problems.
It is the best cat food available if you don't want to cook your own. It is what cats are evolved to eat.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
The cat loves it, and one small bag lasts me 2 months, so I can't really complain about the cost.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Back when I thought the best food you could feed had the initials "S" and "D," my male cat became very sick and would constantly vomit his food up. The first vet he went to said it was a food allergy, and I should change his food. I did, and he continued to decline. He got so thin I was coating his paws with NutriCal several times a day just to keep him going. Finally, another vet diagnosed him with bladder stones, and he had surgery to remove them. My formerly robust cat was down to eight skeletal pounds. While he recovered from surgery, I went into research mode and learned all I could about urinary disorders of male cats, and from that research, I decided to try grain-free food. I purchased several grain-free options -- all great foods -- but this was the only one he would actually eat when he came home from the vet. Four years later, he is 11 years old, back to his robust (solid, not fat) 18-pound self and completely healthy. I have EVO to thank.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Since this is new to my cats and does not have sugars and salt, they had to get used to eating. I mix it in with other dry food so at least they get some good food in them.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
This dry food formula which does not include grains, is available to my cats 24 hours a day in a gravity feeder. They all like it and holistic vets recommend it. The only complaint I have is the cost, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Josi is 8 months old and loves this food which makes me happy because I know it is good for her.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Our indoor cats seem to do best with this food. While it is not low-fat, it contains no grains or additives and they are happy with it.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I switched to this food from the Innova low fat food. After realizing the carb content in the low fat "diet" food it should be a crime to advertise that food as a source to help your cat loose weight. My cat gained weight from it. Most don't realize that alot of dry cat food is so high in carbohydrate and therefore causes a large weight gain for cats. The EVO brand comes with a nutritional value very similar to a raw cat food diet. I'm a vegan and I can't come to giving my cats raw food so this is the best option out there to substitute. High Protein very low carb food that the cats love to eat. I also find they don't eat a ton of it like they used to with the low fat food. It was almost like junk food for cats. Bottom line if you are looking for a healthy food and don't mind paying for it this is the food for you. The only issue I have with this food is that there are always alot of food pieces that are broken in the bag. My cats are extremely picky and won't eat the broken pieces so food goes to waste.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
We have 4 cats, and none are the same age or breed. The cubby youngster slimmed down on this food. The senior cat stays healthy on it. The 2 in between do well on it too. All the kitties go up and down stairs several times a day with ease. I will never go back to cheaper cat food with corn and other less nutritious ingredients.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
One of my cats is a fatty (23 lbs) and a compulsive eater. With EVO lower carb food, he does not eat continuously and has lost weight, coat is better and is more energetic.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My siamese loves this food. It's all I've given her since we got her. She's a year and a half. Very healthy happy kitty with very soft hair.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
After trying just about every food made; dry, canned, pouched, etc., I finally found one my cat seems to like.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
after a lot of research on feline diabetes and urinary struvite crystals, i began feeding my cats(and i have several of them...) Evo turkey and chiken dry formula as a supplement to their wet food. I have chosen to use Merrick Cowboy cookout canned food as their primary food, but also keep a bowl of the dry food out as they nibble throughout the day. And I only use distilled water for them.
I am very pleased that most of them enjoy the evo dry food, but a couple of them prefer only the wet food which is probably better for them anyway...
evo also has an excellent high quality canned food, chicken and turkey formula for kittens and adults, but my cats prefer the merrick cowboy cookout over the evo canned food.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I feel I am feeding my cats a nutricious food and a reasonable price. their coats are shinier and they dont' seem to be at the food bowl all the time like before. They seem satisfied with less.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
This product controlled my cat's diabetes for 5 years before he needed insulin. It's the only cat food I feed him!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Evo Turkey and Chicken Dry Cat Food is a great food, my borderline diabetic cat is staying health and off insulin by eating this very low carbohydrate food. Both my cats love the taste and like it very much. EVO please keep your low carbohydrate formula forever. It really is the way to go. This food also provides them with wonderful coats. Currently both my cats are 2 years old.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I have two cats, one is a 15 year old Maine Coon, the other a 3 year old "Heinz 57" kitty. The three year old, developed Irritable Bowel Disease when he was a year and a half old. At the time, I fed Purina One exclusively as I'd done with all my cats over the years. But Shadow would get so sick from it. So I did a little research on quality foods for IBD cats, and Innova EVO was number one rated. So I tried it. What a difference! Within a few weeks after the 'switch over', he was feeling better, no runny poos, no tummy aches, and I'm convinced its the grain free food that has been the biggest benefit. Another plus is that the 15 year old Mainer loves the food too. If you have a dietary needs kitty, try EVO, we use the Chicken and Turkey variety. Its the absolute best cat food money can buy, and my babies are worth it. Shiny coats, bright clear sparkling eyes, and happy cats. Doesn't get better than that!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I read about this brand from a Veternarian online who highly recommended the high protein diet. I have 2 adult bengal cats who are of optimal weight and I believe it is because of this product. Their coats are very shiny and they are both full of energy. They sometimes prefer eatting EVO dry over can food.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My 2 finicky cats like it.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I have six cats and it was difficult to find a food that at least one of them did not throw up. Once my Gus was diagnosed with diabetes I started researching feline nutrition and found that grain-free was not only best for diabetic cats, but for all cats, as they do not need all the carbs present in most commercially prepared cat foods.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My family calls this cat food "crack" for cats. My thin lanky cat loves this food so much she has become a butter ball. This is not an exaggeration at all. :) She now weighs more then my cat who was always tubby at 15 pounds.
However, this isn't what is causing me to write this less than stellar review. The issues I have is while my cat still has beautifully soft, full coat of hair it has lost it's shine. She also has terrible gas from this food. I thought maybe it was due to needing to adjust to the new food so I gave her time. However after 5 months of eating the food she still has gas from the inulin (prebiotics) that are in the food and her coat is still without shine. I suspect that the essential fatty acid balance is off in this food. And as a food scientist I recommend that the company should use another source of prebiotics. There are several new ones on the market that do not cause gas in humans or animals.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I feed this to my cats once or twice a day. They really do like this EVO dry food, and a good thing too because its good for them. No corn in it. The food is a bit pricey, [...] but I think worth it because of the great quality.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
We have 4 kitties, and they all thrive on this Evo Turkey and Chicken dry cat food. The vet is impressed by how healthy our cats' teeth and fur are, which must be because of their Evo diet. A cat sitter once told us that kitties she's known over the years live longer, healthier lives when they don't have corn in their diet. Evo Turkey and Chicken is corn-free and more!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I find this helps my Tonkinese keep his shape and yet provides enough protein and he loves it. No Fillers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I use this for all my dry cat food needs. it has greatly reduced shedding, GI upset, and waste. I would prefer the price weren't so high, but with petfooddirect.com's frequent discount offers, the price is the lowest I have found for this product. That, combined with less frequent pet illness and therefore less veterinary visits, makes it worth the cost.

Kiki is a 16 year old Himalayan who began to decline quickly at the end of last year. She lost a lot of weight and her coat and eyes looked poorly. she was also lingering around the water bowl a lot so I figured she was going diabetic.I had 2 other cats who had serious health problems and I was moving our household so as a result I couldn't afford to get Kiki to the doctor. After our 1300 mile move in December, I didn't know where to get the special food for the other 2 cats so I bought a bag of Evo. Fed it to all 4 of my cats including Kiki. By February, Kiki had gained weight, her coat was filling out and she looked lively in her eyes again. She simply is not sick anymore and I credit the low carbohydrate food Evo for her recovery. I have had to care for a diabetic cat before. I wish I could have had this food for him.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I started giving this dry food to my cats when I wanted a grain-free food plus more flavor variety. By mixing this formula with fish flavors, I satisfy all of the cats varied tastes. Its taste must be good or they wouldn't eat it (my cats are very finicky - but what cat isn't?). And the morsel size is not too large for some of the foster cats I have that don't have many teeth left to crunch things up with. I recommend it highly.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Our family rescues disabled and at risk ferals. many come to us with digestive problems, dental or jaw problems, and old injuries long healed but with disability. The Evo food completely healed the digestive issues of bloat, gas, loose bowel and external elimination irritations from our whole clan. It improved muscle strength and form in many cats, eliminated all traces of urinary irritations from all cats especially in the males. We saw lots of sinus (allergy type) symptoms disappear and coughs/wheezes disappeared. It firmed up stools and reduced fecal odors (After about 2 weeks from switch). Reducing pain and discomfort from the above mentioned issues led to better emotional well being and several feral cats could be tamed. The only problem is that in cats who have been feeding on fresh prey and older cats who have been fed low quality foods it weakens the teeth and teeth fall out. Since these are mostly feral and hard stray cats there is a big possibility that prior poor diet and soft tissue damage from prying open containers to get to dumpster food was the real cause of weak structures but I felt since the teeth started falling out after the switch it was worth noting in case you rescue animals who have been on very poor diets. The food is very hard, much harder than corn based foods and for cat whose dental structures are not strong you might see fangs falling out. Kits and youths who grow up on the food seem to have much stronger teeth so I think it does strengthen dental structures in the young but causes tooth loss in those who suffered poor diets in the past.

Healthy dry cat food that both our cats like. We have pure breed Siberian and Rag Doll.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
We have 4 cats of various ages and breeds, and they all do well on this brand. One of our cats has very stinky poop when she eats fish, so this Chicken and Turkey formula is great for her. Also, the cats had dull fur and were overweight when we gave them other brands with corn, but now their fur is shiny and they are at a healthy weight thanks to Evo.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My three cats eat their dry cat food from self-serve containers that are both a bowl and a storage container. I keep three bowls always available to them. In the fourteen years that they have been eating dry food, they have never shown a preference for any brand... until now. I purchased a bag of EVO, and was shocked to see that container go empty before the other two were even touched! I purchased it again this month, with the same results. It was truly a surprise!
Fortunately delivery was extremely prompt, or my cats would have protested

This is great stuff if your cat is grain intolerant ( like mine is) or are trying to mimic a more natural diet and the raw food diet seem like tooo much work. One thing to be aware of, you cat needs much less of this than your typical dry food since it is not packed with fillers so do pay attention to the portion recommendations on the bag.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Louie is my 8 yr old rescue stray whom I finally convinced to join our family after 6 months of flirting - mainly because his front right paw was useless, and had infections from 20+ cat bites. To say his coat was pitiful is and understatement - even after 1.5k at the vet my wife did not want to touch him. We have only fed him EVO food - dry at night in a treat ball, 2oz of wet in the morning. 3 months later at the vet checkup - his coat his perfect and beautiful. He walks, is regular and predictable at the litter box, and is my wife's shadow - sleeping with, laying on, or watching her 24hrs a day. This food is excellent and if you buy it in bulk and measure it is price comparable to anything else. The first couple of days he was in the house I had to feed him regular supermarket Purina, he would eat a whole 5.5oz can in one sitting. Even the food gorger that he is, he can only eat 2oz of wet Evo at once. It is surprising how much less you have to feed the cat when you don't feed it garbage with fillers. Anyway - sorry to go on so long - but to sum it up this food is great.
Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:

I have three cats from 3 - 7 years old. My vet recommended this food for the 6-year-old who has a sensitive stomach. That means that the other two had to switch as well. All three like the new food and no more throwing up for the sensitive guy. The only "drawback" is that the 3-year-old is acting like a kitten again!!

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My cats like the taste and I like knowing it's good for them. It's low-carb, grain-free and supposedly offers many of the advantages of a raw diet without the mess or worry over bacteria. It came recommended by a vet I trust, and it has eliminated the UTIs one of my girls used to get. It costs more than the popular brands but I think it's worth it.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
All the cats I've given this to have really liked it (6 of them, including family members' cats), but I bought it originally for my diabetic cat. He was diagnosed in early December and went into remission very quickly (11 days from beginning insulin treatment), but he had been used to eating dry food as a part of his diet, and he missed his crunchy food. Although he enjoyed the low-carb canned food I was giving him, he kept hunting for kibble left behind by other cats, so I searched for a low-carb, grain-free dry food, and found this. It's great -- high calorie, too, so you don't need to feed much of it. It makes a nice alternative to the canned food, fed as a snack or occasional meal.
I'd give this product five stars, but unfortunately, my other cat has a fish intolerance that causes bowel problems, and since this contains herring, he can't eat it. (I did try, hoping that herring might not cause the problem, but it did.) I wish they made a kibble that was both grain-free and fish-free. However, for all the other cats, it's been well accepted and preferred over other kibble offered.
It was great to find a kibble that was low in carbs (lower even than the prescription dry foods, which I was afraid would cause my diabetic cat to come out of remission, since it has more than the ten percent carbs maximum recommended for keeping a cat in remission), and grain-free, as well, and I was thrilled to see how much he likes the food.
In addition, one of my parents' cats had several health problems, including incessant itching, skin sores, thin coat, inability to put on any weight, and being highly over-sensitive to touch; putting her on a grain-free diet completely cured these problems, so I bought them a bag of this grain-free food for them, and their cat enjoys it and continues to do very well eating it and other grain-free foods.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
It's rare for one of my cats to eat dry food. He would usually wait for me to put the canned food out at dinnertime, but he loves this dry food. My other cat always preferred dry food over canned, and every winter has always had horrible dandruff (she's a black cat so it's highly visible). After being on this food for about a week, there was noticable improvement in her coat. I've never seen this type of behavior before in both cats over a single food.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Sampson kitty just turned 10 and at the last vet visit he was 19#. For his size was not too bad, but the vet said he could loose 2-3# for his health! A week later I noticed that he was drinking and eating a lot more and his output was way up too. Worried that he may be in the beginnings of a diabetic situation, I started researching about diabetes and low carb foods for cats, and this was one was A)in the lowest fillers, and calories,B)I could afford!
I received the food and the 6.6# bag felt like 10# and as soon as I filled the bowel he was all over it! For my sanity I use a self feeder and he grazes/eats when he wants. It has been three weeks and he eats less wet food in the AM, (which neighborhood stray is happy)and dry. His urinary and fecal output has decreased in both means and odor. Overall he does seem to have lost some weight, as his shape is more defined; and his coat is like silk. He is an indoor cat that doesn't comma sleep all day anymore and has more interest in what is going on outside. He loves the taste, and since it is so filling eats less. So don't be discouraged if you first think kitty doesn't like b/c not eating as much!

I have two cats. 7 year old male (Cody)who has had digestive problems since birth, loves this and no longer has problems. I first gave it to him 2 years ago when I researched what the best cat foods were. My 1 year old female (Brandie) also runs to the bowl when she hears me pouring it.
Give them the best food you can now, and you won't be paying down the line for vet bills.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I have a 13 year old diabetic cat who has to have insulin twice a day. My vet prescribed Hill's prescription diet (m/d) and my cat absolutely hated it. He soon refused to eat it (even mixed with canned food). He normally had a very strong appetite, so I was worried that he might be sick until I gave him a little bit of his old food and he ate it right away. I knew he needed high protein/low carbs, so I started looking online for a food to match his needs. EVO seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I bought this food for my cat about a month ago and he LOVES it. He started eating it immediately when I offered it to him. It seems to be helpful as far as his insulin needs as well. When the vet prescribed m/d, he dropped his insulin from 4 1/2 units down to 2. My cat was drinking excessively and urinating up to 8 times a day (a sign that his blood glucose was too high/not enough insulin). Since I started feeding him EVO, he has been acting great. His appetite is back to normal. The excessive thirst is gone, and he is only urinating 3 to 4 times a day. I am very thankful to have found this food. I love the fact that it has natural ingredients instead of all the by-products. I would definitely recommend it to other cat owners...especially diabetic cats.

We had a cat who passed after suffering with Diabetes and when our other cat showed symptoms of it I started researching food. I knew I wanted a low carb food and EVO is perfect. My cat is 14 and now acts more like a 4 yr old cat. He can run and jump and just seems happier. This food is like magic. It's more expensive but worth it for your kitty families health.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I switched to NO GRAIN foods as soon as I learned that grains were bad for cats. Their shedding has been reduced dramatically and and my long-hair's coat is looking so much nicer. All three really like this food. I feed them canned food mostly but they really liked this brand for dry food. I tried several other brands, but this one won out :))

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I started using this product 2 years ago when my elderly cat developed diabetes and kidney disease. I wanted to feed him the best food I could as well as the rest of my cat family. It became the only food he would eat. My whole family loves it. They dont eat as much because its very high nutritional value. They dont use the litter very much and the smell isnt as bad as it is with lower quality foods. I especially like that it is gluten free, wheat free and low carb content. I highly recommend this food!

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My cate was diagnosed with diabetes and was up to 7 units of insulin twice a day. He did not like the DM diet. Based on my research it suggested I find a food that was low in carbs to reduce his blood sugar naturally. We started feeding him this food and within 6 months his diabetes had resolved itself. Because the food has high fat content he did gain a few pounds. However, it is not affecting his health. I'd rather have a slightly overweight, happy non-diabetic cat than a skinny diabetic cat any day.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I have 9 indoor only rescue cats ages 3 - 15, all but one feral female have been with me since they were brought here as very sick baby kittens. A few of them have health issues related to their very poor start in life. I use Evo with cats/kittens of all ages. It really helps speed their recovery. It has also completely stopped the instances of UTIs. Though pricey, when compared to the vet bills to treat UTI, the food is very reasonable and a whole lot less traumatic for the cat. My last kitty boy who had a UTI & blockage was put on a brand name RX (FULL of corn?!?! RX food?! Wait - isn't that a contradiction?). He did not do well. Then he was switched to the other brand name RX - again, neither good ingredients nor good results. I decided to switch everyone (including UTI boy) to Evo. Since the switch, he has had no further problems and is off all the supplements and prescription drugs his vet was giving him to go with both the RX foods. Imagine that, brand name RX foods full of garbage ingredients!!! And, requiring supplements (and prescription drugs) to go with them?! BIG RED FLAG goes up here...
Also have another 12 yr old cat who has vomited his whole life. Nothing ever found wrong with him by his vets & he was put on RX for sensitive tummies. That made no difference except to dull his coat; he eats/pukes/eats/pukes/eats...until Evo. Now, he rarely pukes.
Everyone has a beautiful, shiny, soft coat & lots of energy. AND - the litter boxes do not stink up my whole house. Love that Evo poop :)! SO much less stinky than when they were on other brands.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My cat was diagnosed with mild diabetes last year, i.e. his blood sugar was slightly elevated. Since he was 14 years old and very overweight, the vet put him on the DM (diabetic management) cat food. He lost weight, but was looking sickly. I have had him on the EVO for just a month now, and his coat is lovely and best of all he is acting like a kitten again. He had not been able to jump on my bed for months and now he does it easily. The only difference is the food that I have been giving him. He has a new lease on life, and best of all, at his recent vet check, his diabetes is under control without medication.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I echo the positive comments on this great food. I feed a raw diet when I can (the best loved of all!) to several cats of many ages, but I have a feral female who prefers EVO to even that. I figure she should know what is a natural fit! My neighbor's little outdoor cat (her idea) scoots by his offerings to come over to my house...

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
I fed my cat this food for a few years, then decided to switch to a less expensive food. My cat ate much more of the less expensive food, and it ended up costing just as much if not more. I didn't feel like she was eating as healthy as I want for her, so I switched back and she and I are both happy.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
This is the food I always have in the cupboard. While I'll rotate around a bit on other high quality foods, the cats have this available all the time. They don't dive in on it, probably because it's never out of rotation long enough to become "new food!". I've had three cats who have all lived to be 19+. The current 20 year old dsh looks, acts and gets around like a 10 year old. The vet is always double checking his chart, because he can't possibly be that old. Thank you, Natura Pet Products, for helping my cats enjoy their old age.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My cats loved this food. They were eating it straight out of the bag when I opened it. They didn't have to eat as much since it is so nutritionally dense. My 16 year old cat did very well with this food - shiny coat, less waste, but my other cat could not continue eating this food. I have tried other grain-free diets, and she has digestive problems with each one, so it is not the fault of EVO.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
My 13 year old cat went from 20 lbs to a skeletal 8 (EIGHT !!!!!) lbs in just 6 months. TONS of vet tests and credit card reciepts later, still no vet could tell me what was wrong and how to fix it...just speculation.
Instead of undergoing more invasive procedures, I did a TON OF reading and tried to switch him to a raw diet...while he was sick he gobbled it up but after about a week of feeling better, he didn't want raw...he just wanted kibble. (Both cats were kibble-only for 13 yrs) EVO was THE best kibble I could find and as close to raw as I could get.
Not only do both my old cats love this food, my sick guy has made a miraculous recovery...he's back up to a healthy 18 pounds, his coat is lush and soft and shiny again...and even the weird cataract-looking sheen is gone from his eyes...they are clear again. It really is astounding and I wouldn't believe it if someone else told me.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Have been feeding EVO Cat & Kitten dry food exclusively for three years to our three house cats ages one year to twenty years - couldn't be more pleased! The one year old has never had another cat food - credit the EVO for the longevity of the 17 and 20 year old cats. My vet was impressed with the formulation and analysis. Previously fed Iams or Hills dry food for many years - less feces (and less smelly) - coats are shiny - taste acceptance is good - cats are all healthy - "couldn't ask for more"!

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
Ultra premium car food.... once upon a time I'd have thought that would be ridiculous BUT! Two of our three kitties thrive on this food (the other, due to kidney problems is restricted to prescription food), they not only have beautiful, shiny coats... but eat to their hearts' content without becoming overweight. (The same can't be said of our other kit on his mostly grain prescription diet). The price may be higher than most cat foods, but due to it's protein richness, our cats eat less of this than regular food. I'd highly recommend this food to anyone with a healthy cat - we definitely have happy, beautiful kitties.

Comments about EVO EVO Turkey and Chicken Formula Dry Cat Food:
All three of my cats eat this food exclusively. They love it! Everyone who meets my babies comments on how soft their coats are and the vet says their overall health is perfect. They self feed and on thier own eat just about the recommended amount every day. They are indoor cats but are not over weight. Looks expensive at first but the cats eat less of it because it is so nutritional. I have been feeding this food for about 2 years. Read the ingredient label and see for yourself.
