Awesome litter. My friend uses this and after petsitting, I switched over. It lasts longer than regular litter as it clumps so well, you don't end up having to toss the whole tray of litter. You just get rid of the "little gems." I have used one 17 pound bag in two litter boxes for three cats (one of whom is 18 pounds) for two weeks now and it isn't even half gone. I love that it is biodegradable and flushable. It is easier to flush and you save all that trapped stuff from being in a landfill forever (plus the bag you put it in to take it out to the trash). Another great thing is the lack of dust. I totally recommend.

I bought this litter on a recommendation from our local pet food warehouse.

This is the WORST litter I've ever used. It smells so bad, makes the entire house stink. We clean it daily, and we have one cat. It just reeks. If I could rate this zero stars, I would have. It makes my wife feel like vomiting, it is the worst ever! We switched back to our regular fresh stepping clumping litter instead.

When your cat occasionally has allergy-related breathing difficulties, you need to protect and help them in every way you can. This litter stopped a lot of my Persian cat's sneezing and stuffiness. My other cat liked it immediately too. I've now begun mixing in Dr. Elsey's litter and the combination is fantastic. Well worth it.

A great alternative for anyone trying to be eco-friendly -- and you don't have to give up the clumping! My cats prefer it to the recycled paper litter I was using before. Took the kittens some getting used to and then the older cats followed...all wanted to only eat it at first. Once they got used to it, it worked great! Sift it twice daily and literally no odor! It does become more dust like toward the bottom of the bag so be sure to have plenty on hand.

I will never switch to another litter. It is a little more expensive than litters I have used before but it lasts so much longer that I have to change it less frequently. We use this litter in all four boxes for our three cats. It has a slightly heavier texture than other corn cob clumping litters. Others work well, but are sort of powdery. I'm very happy with this litter as are all three cats. I like that it is fragrance free, and generates almost no dust.

I use an automatic litter box and find that much of the clean litter is wasted when the rake functions. Also, clumping is difficult to clean around the rake. The smell is very pleasant and both I and my cat like it.

We used feline pine until our third cat joined the family, and we got a self-scooping box rather than have two boxes. This offers good odor control and works well with our littermaid. Since it is corn based though, it can be attractive as a food source for pests. We keep it in a storage container that we got on this site.

Although I've never been a fan of clumping cat litter before, I tried World's Best on my daughter's recommendation and it really is. I am a foster mom and often have quite a few cats to care for. I have found the World's Best is easy to scoop, controls odor well, does not stick to the litter pan like clay litter, and is good to use with kittens and long-haired cats that may tend to get clay litter clumped in their fur. It is also less damaging to my wood floors should the litter box get dumped! The multi-cat version is less dusty.

I use 9 cups of the litter. I only flush #2. I use paper bags from stores to get rid of the solid urine and dispose in the trash. It is not harmful to my cat and non toxic. She has no trouble moving it around, light weight. It lasts a long time. With 1 cat you can wait a week or more if you keep sifting it. Do not try to sift it right away, it has to be solid.

i recently adopted a 2 year old cat who is very easy going in terms of everything.
i read the reviews on multiple websites and decided to give this litter a try. i wanted the extra strength so i bought the multi-cat bag. so far it's good, i like it and my cat likes it (i guess..she used it without any problem).
the litter smells funny but i think i don't really smell the cat's #1/2 anymore. that's what i really want. it clumps well,it didn't break when i was scooping, that's really good. it's light weight compare to regular stuff.
it tracks a little but i guess it's the nature of it when the litters are concern.

Although it is recommended to clean every day, I am unable due to dizziness. Probably every two days gets it at our house. No problem! However, it does get used more than other litter. This is NOT a complaint.I have three cats. They took to it very well. No problems. I have three kittens; this is their first cat litter and they don't mind, either. I will call it the best litter I've ever used because it IS flushable. It doesn't have the urine OR feces smell that other litters have. Most litters just help with urine; this helps with both. I've been a cat owner for about three years to two wonderful cats. Got them when they were kittens. After trying feline pine, clay and crystal litters, I stumbled on to this at the recommendation of a pet store owner. At first I thought she was just trying to get me to purchase expensive litter. But turns out it worked! The clay litters were getting to me no matter how I tried not to inhale it as I changed the litter. Couldn't imagine what it was doing to my furkids respiratory systems. Crystal litters were attractive but not quite cutting it. WBCL Clumps great. There is some odor with solid waste but I just use a little litter deodorizer (very little) and everything is fine. Also nothing beats the fact that I can flush the waste. I usually don't flush all the litter during a complete litter change because that seems like asking for trouble. It does track a little but it is not a hardship to clean up. I try to buy an extra bag or two when pet food direct has a sale. A bag WBCL lasts longer than tidy cat.

When I saw this product on the TV, I had to do more research on it. And so far I liked everything about it, well except for the price.
I liked the ideal of the liter being able to flush it in the toilet. I hated using those messy, stinky bags and you had to immediately throw away, but the odor still lingered.
The world's best cat litter is simple, no more odor or less odor, human/animal friendly, no toxic chemicals, less dust, less mess. Cats still track but not as much.

I have 2 5yr old cats and I was of sick of all the dust they left in the bathroom where I keep their litter box. Fresh Step & Tidy Cats scoopable worked fantastic and are great at controlling odor but the dust was too much to keep dealing with. World's Best Multi seems to track a bit less than their regular. If you don't change the litter often enough you'll begin to notice dusty yellow foot prints nearby the litter box or on dark surfaces in the house. This litter does have a unique scent that takes a little getting used after using the super perfumed brands.

I am still looking for a way to have a litter box in my home and have no-one know I have a litter box. Let's face it, NO cat litter actually masks odor all of the time. I started using this product quite a few years ago...and I must tell you that although I try another product once in a while to see what's out there, I have never gone back to using anything but World's Best! I probably change the litter a bit more frequently than necessary because I have dark wood floors in my small apartment, and after a while the tracking increases. I have two cats(one 11yr. old & one 8 mos.) Since getting my second cat,I have noticed a very distinct urine odor that I have not been able to get under control. I use Tidy Cat now but have used a half a dozen others. None work in the odor and clumping area. If it does happen to clump the urine, then it breaks easily and is then distributed over the entire litter box. Or, it just remains a soggy mess in the box.
World's best is wonderful! It clumps on contact and does not break easily. I am very pleased with the odor control as well.
I understand that this litter is expensive, but you use considerably less litter because of how good it clumps.
The smell is slightly sweet but natural/earthy. Not bad at all, but different than all the rest. If the smell is not what you expect, a little baking soda will do the trick to mask the smell.

I have multiple cats and I use this product exclusively after trying all the other biodegradeable litters. It clumps well and basically dessicates the liquid and solid waste and traps the odor. The only time I smell cat poo is when someone doesn't cover. It is flushable, made from corn, and biodegradable. It is kitten-safe and should be kind to declawed feet. It is a granular product, and one way to tell when it is time to change it out is when it becomes heavy and sand-like. It may smell a bit like a chicken coop if you don't get to it in time, but it doesn't smell like a litter box! It does track somewhat, but it is easily cleaned up and worth this minor inconvenience. Although it costs more initially than most brands, it lasts longer than most brands, so it evens out.
