I freeze them with peanut butter or wet dog food inside, it keeps my dogs happy and busy for an hour. I throw in dishwasher to clean. I have 8 kongs for two dogs so I always have one frozen and ready!

Dog got bored with after a while, but still comes back to it from time to time. Great for puppies.
