Very excellent product.We used Mini Schnauzer type for a long time but had to switch to Vet Diet SO for kidney stone problems with 1 of our dogs.They love the food-both types.Excellent for their general health & coat.The vet diet SO is a little pricey & hard to find locally but worth the effort.

My dog had crystals in his urine which could have led to bladder stones. This food corrected the problem.

we were given 2 Shih Tzus Molly and Abby. Molly is about 7 years old and had a Kidney Stone, We could not get her operated right away the Vet Suggested Urinary SO 14. We all thought it would not work her stone was large. Molly did not have her surgerey after all about six weeks after she started her diet she was back to acting normal. Although her stone is still there, it is continuing to get smaller and should be gone in about 6 months. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with a stone, It may not work for every dog but it was the best for Molly

I use this product every day for both my Shih Tzus - even though only one of them is prone to bladder stones.
I have noticed since using this they rarely get sick - both have rather sensitive stomachs.
I don't really have any complaints, other than price fluctuations.
I wish there was somewhere I could purchase this where I did not have to pay the high shipping costs.
Yes, the delivery arrived in a timely manner - normally between 5-7 days.
The product was well packed and arrived in excellent condition.
Yes customer service was very good.

Post bladder stone surgery, tried another special food by a famous maker-dog HATED it. Loves this food. Makes him thirsty and he drinks a lot which is the point to keep his bladder flushed of crystals that might form into stones. Expensive, but if you love your dog and don't want him to suffer through multiple surgeries....the home delivery service was fantastic!

This is the exact same product I used to get from my Vet, but more economical and more convenient through mail order. My dog really likes the taste, so there is no problem getting her to eat it!

I made this order on September 20 and although I know supplies were low, I received a confirmation saying that my order would be promptly shipped out. It was eight days later on September 28 when I received notification the order had finally been shipped. It is now October 5 and the order has not yet arrived. We had to go to the store to buy her a non-prescription dry food. It is a shame because service has always been good before.

I have a now 12-year old Bichon with a history of bladder stones and surgery before I got her five years ago. She has been on this diet all that time and the problem has stopped. She still forms tiny stones in her bladder but they do not grow into blocking stones. This diet works against both Oxalate and Struvite stones by increasing the dog's water intake and flushing out of the urinary tract.

Our pug, Lucy, is 9 years old and blind. About 18 months ago she had 30 bladder stones removed - a huge amount for a little thing like her. Our vet put her on a strict diet of ONLY Royal Cannon urinary SO and absolutely nothing else.
After testing it was determined that her system will make several different kinds of stones so this food is the best choice for her. We changed to it immediately and she loves it. It does require that an adequate supply of water always be available, but she's doing fine with it. I only wish they made some kind of "treat" as well!
Delivery is prompt and everything always arrives in good condition.

This product was recommended by our Vet after our oldest dog developed stones in his bladder and had to have them surgically removed. We feed both of our dogs the same food and both love the taste.
The delivery of the product is very fast and pack so that it arrives in good condition.

I had to change my basset hound to a new food for her health needs. She is REALLY picky and had rejected other brands. I was very skeptical that I would find a food that she liked. She had already rejected other brands recommended by my vet. I was so thankful that she liked this one. Bassett and owner are both greatfully pleased.

One of my clients had a Labrador Retriever with constant UTI infections. Long story short, she is doing much better on this food. Her coat looks much better, too. Her loose stools have stopped. Each dog is unique and we cannot expect every dog to do perfectly on just one food.
